Park Eun-young, a former KBS announcer and current television personality, has announced her second pregnancy at the age of 44. She is reportedly due in January of the following year. In a recent YouTube video on her channel 'Annamorna Park Eun-young,' she shared intimate details about her first childbirth experience, offering insights into the physical and emotional challenges faced by mothers during labor.

The video, titled 'MZ Moms, Why Don't You Try Natural Birth?! Birth Stories & Pregnancy Prep Tips from Moms Who've Done Both C-Section & Natural Birth!', featured Park discussing the realities of childbirth. She recalled her first natural birth, stating, "As soon as you enter the hospital, you can have an emergency C-section, so you can't eat anything. Your stomach hurts, but your throat is so dry." She detailed arriving at the hospital in the early morning hours before active labor began, which meant she couldn't eat. "I went into labor early, so I couldn't eat, I lost my water, and I incurred hospitalization costs," she explained.

Park further elaborated on her experience with pain relief during labor. "I received an epidural when I was 5cm dilated. They say you can't feel anything when the epidural is administered, but I could feel everything." She was informed by a nurse that "sometimes epidurals don't work for some mothers." The combination of the epidural not fully working and the induction medication intensified her contractions, leading to what she described as "a pain that twisted my limbs." She even expressed a desire for a C-section at one point. "I called the anesthesiologist and asked if we could try administering the epidural one more time, and I immediately fell fast asleep," she recounted.

Upon waking, she was informed it was time to give birth and, after two pushes, successfully delivered her baby. Park shared her secrets for a smooth delivery, emphasizing consistent practice of breathing techniques and prenatal swimming throughout her pregnancy. "I practiced the breathing techniques for labor really hard. I did prenatal swimming throughout my pregnancy. It’s practice for the pushing phase of natural birth," she said. "When it was time to give birth, I didn't feel any pain because of the epidural, so I was fine." Park married businessman Kim Hyeong-woo in 2019 and welcomed their son, Beom-joon, in 2021.
