Eight months after the annulment of the first round of the 2024 Romanian presidential elections, Constitutional Court (CCR) judge Laura Scântei, supported by the PNL, has provided the first public explanations. Scântei indicated that documents declassified by the Superior Council of National Defence (CSAT) shortly after the first round revealed irregularities in the electoral process.
