South Korean singer Yoon Min-soo, formerly of the duo Fly to the Sky, has candidly shared his personal struggles following his divorce. In a recent appearance on the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy' (My Ugly Duckling) on August 31st, Yoon Min-soo met with his close friend and actor Lee Jong-hyuk, whom he met through the MBC reality show 'Dad! Where Are We Going?'. The conversation shed light on his current living situation and emotional state.

Despite the divorce, Yoon Min-soo revealed that he continues to live in the same house as his wife. When Lee Jong-hyuk commented on the potential awkwardness of this arrangement, especially when their son Yoon Hoo is away in the U.S., Yoon Min-soo admitted to a long-standing lack of family communication. "We never ate together before," he confessed. "Looking back now, I regret not making it a point to have at least one family meal together each week for conversation. If we had done that, perhaps things wouldn't have reached this point." This admission highlights a significant breakdown in familial communication, a common issue that can precede marital discord.

The discussion also delved into Yoon Min-soo's ongoing mental health treatment. Lee Jong-hyuk brought up his friend's visits to a psychiatrist and therapist. Yoon Min-soo elaborated, stating, "I went a while ago, and with some difficult things happening last year, I went again. My anxiety symptoms were severe, so I'm on medication. I also take sleeping pills because I can't sleep well." He further revealed the immense pressure he has felt as the primary breadwinner since his late teens. "I've been the head of the household since I was 18 or 19. As I get older, I have severe anxiety about how long I can continue this work. I have many responsibilities to fulfill moving forward, so I'm trying to let go. I've decided I need to use my energy solely for myself now."
